If you prefer, you’re also welcome to call and leave a brief message. Many clients choose to do both—calling to introduce themselves and then completing the form—so we can follow up with context and details.

What Happens After You Contact Us
Most projects begin with an initial phone conversation. This allows us to understand what you’re considering and determine whether it’s a good fit.

From there, we typically schedule an in-person site visit. During or after that visit, we’ll outline the design phase and discuss scope, timing, and next steps.

Design is a paid service and is tailored to the complexity of the project. Smaller, straightforward projects require less design work, while full-property projects involving pools, structures, planting, and lighting require a more detailed design process.
Planning Ahead Works Best
We encourage clients to reach out early. Winter is an ideal time to design and plan, and many projects are scheduled several months in advance depending on timing, materials, permits, and scope.

Where We Work
We’re based in Aurora and regularly work throughout the GTA. While our core areas include Aurora, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, and King, we’re open to discussing larger or well-planned projects elsewhere.
