Integrated with the Overall Landscape
Planting is most effective when it is planned alongside grading, drainage, hardscape, and circulation. For design–build projects, planting layouts are developed as part of the overall plan so relationships between built elements and softscape are intentional.
This integrated approach helps avoid overcrowding, drainage issues, and plant failure that often result from piecemeal installation.

Construction Standards and Warranty
All planting and softscape work is completed with attention to proper installation techniques and site preparation. A one-year warranty applies to planting and softscape, reflecting reasonable expectations for establishment and seasonal conditions.
