A Design–Build Approach That Reduces Risk
Outdoor construction involves many interdependent decisions, including layout, grading, drainage, materials, access, and sequencing. When design and construction are disconnected, those decisions often resurface during the build, leading to delays or compromises.
Our design–build approach brings those decisions forward. Materials and construction methods are discussed early so the build phase can proceed with fewer surprises and better control.

Experience, Coordination, and Construction Standards
Horvath Landscapes is a family business with roots dating back to 1976. Our team is small, experienced, and accustomed to working together on complex builds. Professional machinery is used to improve precision, efficiency, and site organization.
Where required, septic systems are designed and installed under BCIN Part 8. Structural engineering is coordinated externally when project conditions demand it. All work is completed in accordance with applicable permits and regulations.
Service Areas and Project Fit
We are based in Aurora and primarily serve nearby communities, including Richmond Hill, Newmarket, and King. Select projects are undertaken in Markham, North York, and Toronto when scale and complexity align with our capabilities.
Projects closer to Aurora allow for tighter oversight and efficiency. Larger or more distant projects are evaluated carefully to ensure they can be executed properly without compromising quality or communication.
